We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn\u2019t right, here\u2019s how we handle returns and exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Return &amp; Exchange Window<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can request a return or exchange within <strong>3 days<\/strong> of receiving your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be <strong>unused<\/strong>, <strong>unworn<\/strong>, and <strong>in their original packaging<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are <strong>not eligible<\/strong> for return or exchange:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Undergarments or swimwear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessories (e.g. earrings, personal wearables)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items marked <strong>final sale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since we only offer <strong>Cash on Delivery<\/strong>, refunds are processed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be issued <strong>in cash<\/strong> or <strong>store credit<\/strong>, depending on your preference and eligibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not refund delivery or return shipping charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are approved for a refund, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup or return method<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We only exchange items if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They arrived <strong>damaged<\/strong>, <strong>defective<\/strong>, or <strong>incorrect<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The request is made within <strong>3 days<\/strong> of delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at <strong><a>support@negrofashion.store<\/a><\/strong> with your order details and photos of the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Return Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To start a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email us at <strong><a>support@negrofashion.store<\/a><\/strong> with your order number, item photo, and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once approved, you may drop off the item or we will arrange pickup in certain cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All returns must be sent to:<br>\ud83d\udccd <strong>Negro Fashion \u2013 Amman, Jordan<\/strong><br>(<em>Exact address will be provided during return process.<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Shipping &amp; Return Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are responsible for the <strong>cost of returning the item<\/strong> unless the item was incorrect or damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend using a <strong>trackable delivery method<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive <strong>store credit<\/strong> upon return. If it wasn\u2019t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
