Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: July 2, 2025

Thank you for shopping with Negro Fashion. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Undergarments or swimwear
  • Accessories (e.g. earrings, personal wearables)
  • Items marked final sale.
  • Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags

3. Refunds

Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued in cash or store credit, depending on your preference and eligibility
  • We do not refund delivery or return shipping charges
  • If you are approved for a refund, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup or return method

4. Exchanges

We only exchange items if:

  • They arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@negrofashion.store with your order details and photos of the item.

5. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@negrofashion.store with your order number, item photo, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you may drop off the item or we will arrange pickup in certain cases.
  3. Returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

All returns must be sent to:

(Exact address will be provided during return process.)

6. Shipping & Return Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable delivery method.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit upon return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.
